In a building such as 52 Lime Street there are many areas that require signage, Katy has always come to carry out a site visit to take measurements so all signage when it is created and delivered to site will be accurate. Adam Dukes, our sign fitter is also very friendly and thorough. Any issues that we do experience are always rectified quickly, not that there have been many but its good to know that if an issue does occur we can be confident that it won’t drag on. I would recommend MJ Signs to anyone who is looking to purchase signage for their building or organisation.

MATT JACOBS

Say hello to Matt, the Founder and Managing Director of MJ Signs. He leads the team, propels business growth, and oversees the most significant projects while always staying up to date with the latest trends in the signage industry.

Aside from the satisfaction that comes from happy clients who keep on coming back for more, Matt's passion lies in being part of the entire lifecycle of a project – from partnering with new clients to proudly watching the final signs go up; he's actively involved in every part of the business. Matt's path to founding MJ Signs includes a valiant attempt in the world of professional cricket and a mysterious hot tub encounter with David 'The Hoff' Hasselhoff. Matt still enjoys sports, especially golf, and spending quality time with his family.

IRENE LEE

Meet Irene, Business Partner at MJ Signs. She’s been steering the financial ship and managing client and supplier accounts for the past decade. As the backbone of the MJ Signs, Irene ensures the smooth running of all business operations.

Aside from meticulous accounting procedures, her strength lies in her unwavering communication skills, effortlessly connecting in a professional and charming manner with clients and suppliers across all areas of the business.

Outside of work, Irene loves nothing more than meeting new people, indulging in musical theatre, enjoying country walks, and cherishing quality family time.

KATY FLYNN

Katy, our Sales Manager, has a knack for project management and is a dynamic account manager. She has over 20 years sign design and installation knowledge and her reputation has resulted in collaboration with some of the leading properties in and around the capital.

Outside of signage, Katy can be found enjoying all that living and working in London has to offer.

BONNY MACPHERSON

With a background in making and installing signs and expertise in sign production and project management, our Estimating and Office Manager, Bonny, is the go-to for problem-solving on complex signage projects.

With an impressive 31 years in the sign industry, Bonny tailors bespoke fixes to meet each client's needs, choosing the best materials, manufacturing, and installation methods to bring client visions to life and onto the wall.

But she's not just a creative genius in the MJ Signs office; she can also craft a traditional glass neon sign from scratch, heat bending the glass by hand over a Bunsen burner.

STEVE ASLIN

Say hello to Steve, our Design Manager at MJ Signs. As the go-to font and design guru, Steve guides the team while spearheading the creation and review of design concepts and mock-ups for our clients.

You'll find Steve keeping his kids entertained on weekends, playing sports, and occasionally indulging in video games when the weather’s bad. Rumour has it there's a YouTube video showcasing his legendary triple kickflip on a skateboard, but we're still waiting for the grand reveal.

JOE NOLAN

A fresh-faced university graduate with a degree in Business Economics from the University of Liverpool, Joe is our new sales executive who brings a new perspective, youthful energy, and a sharp analytical mind to our sales department.

Utilising his technical skills and digital knowhow to administer our databases and social media channels, Joe is responsible for expanding MJ Signs’ online presence so that we can connect with a broader audience and introduce them to the world of signage.

When he’s not studying spreadsheets or engaging with clients Joe can often be found traveling across Europe soaking up the local culture or stood on the terraces watching a game of football..
